A set of Sumud (صمود) mugs

 In Palestine, the watermelon has long stood as a symbol of resistance. These mugs bring that story into your home. Each one is cast by hand using liquid clay and fired to 1260°C. The exterior is a warm beige, painted with half-cut watermelons, and finished with a black handle.

Inside, they’re glazed in a deep royal blue, recalling the waters of the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. The contrast between the interior and exterior is intentional: a small reminder of land and water, of movement and return, and of solidarity across distance.

Made to be used every day, these mugs carry a message of resistance, of memory, and of standing together across borders for a Free Palestine, now and always.
