It all depends on how much work we have regarding commissions and other projects.  It can sometimes be once a month, once every two months, or more. Since it's mostly the founder (Inas) making everything, there's only so much that can be made at any given time. 

How do we commission pieces?

When we are ready to take on commissions, I'll make 'commission slots' available in my shop. These are free to purchase and once you've got a slot I will email you with more details about commissioning, what you'd like to order, and details regarding payment (which is done usually through bank transfer or PayPal).

How can we keep up to date with your restocks & commissions slots?

The best way to stay up to date is to follow us on instagram and facebook. You can also subscibe to our newsletter where we send updates on new collections, designs and shop restocks. You also receive discount codes from time to time. Don't worry, we don't send out loads of newsletters!  We also do not share your contact with any third party. 

Are your ceramics food-safe?

All of Turabi's handmade ceramics are glazed using a food-safe clear glossy overglaze which makes them 100% food-safe.  

Can I put it in the dishwasher?

Yes it's possible BUT like all 100% handmade designs, we highly recommend to hand wash them for their longevity and for keeping the shiny finish!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally using track & trace which makes it easy to monitor the process.

How much does shipping cost?

We ship all our ceramic designs using upcycled cardboard boxes. We use recyclable bubblewrap paper and biodegradable packing peanuts and brown paper tape where possible.  We are working hard on using absolutely no plastic. Getting there!
