REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Every piece we make is entirely hand made and has all the love and care put into it!   We are honored to be able to put our ceramic designs out into the world and to be able to sell it to you. If you find you are not satisfied with any Turabi designs you bought, please let us know and we can figure out what went wrong.

Please make sure that you check sizes before you order so you know what you're getting.  Like all handmade pieces, variations in color and size and texture will always be the case, as each piece is entirely unique! Turabi pieces are not perfect, they are 100% handmade and the beauty of this process will show. We think these are not grounds for returns but we do respect our community.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with a piece you bought, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the item.  We do not offer returns BUT we do offer exchanges or store credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return of the merchandise in a resalable condition. Credit will not be given for pieces that come back damaged so PLEASE take care in repackaging and shipping so that nothing breaks in transit. The credit will be issued when  we receive the item safe and sound.

As of today, none of our designs have broken en route (knock on wood!) However, there is always a chance this might happen.  If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us at info.turabi@gmail.com with pictures of the damage and we will be sure to find a solution!
